Whole milk-based nutrition

We chose whole milk from NZ forage-fed goats for our formulations, for its superior nutritional profile. Whole milk provides an important source of natural fats for little ones, unlike other brands who use 100% vegetable oils as a source of fat instead. Whole milk also provides Haven’s creamy texture and rich flavour.

We carefully selected only the best ingredients for your little one. Haven contains non-GM ingredients, no artificial colours, preservatives, and no artificial growth hormones, no maltodextrin, corn syrup or palm oil.

Premium milk from New Zealand farms.

Haven uses only premium, farm fresh goat whole milk of the highest quality from New Zealand. We hand select farms where goats thrive on locally grown, on-farm forages such as grasses, clover, lucerne, hay, silage or pasture plants. If short in supply they are sometimes also brought in from other trusted farms within New Zealand. We partner with farmers with world class standards in sustainability and demonstrated commitment to the utmost care of their animals. Our farmers produce a safe, secure source of the highest quality milk available.

Deliveries

We can not deliver to PO Boxes.

We utilise the NZ Post courier network for our New Zealand deliveries

NZ Post couriers operate on business days only, 7am – 5pm (local time). They do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

We are also subject to any network constraints or delays that NZ Post may experience.

Because of the increasing challenges with transport providers during severe weather events - there may be unavoidable delivery delays that are outside of our control.

Order Dispatch

Our NZ warehouse is located in Auckland, New Zealand, and is subject to Auckland and national public holidays.

All orders placed before 11:30am on any business day, will be dispatched the same business day.  Orders outside of this will be dispatched the following business day (local time).

The below shipping time frames refer to our standard shipping method.

Please make sure to select your shipping and delivery options at the checkout.

Normal Delivery

Auckland Region - 1 to 2 days

Rest of the North Island - 2-4 days

South Island and Rural - 4-7 days

Please note: An order cut off time of 11:30am (business day) applies in each region to achieve these delivery time frames. If your order is placed after this time, your order will be dispatched the following business day

Please contact us immediately if you’ve noticed you have made a mistake when ordering, on some occasions if we can intercept the order within the first hour we may be able to make the necessary changes.

Refund and exchange policy

All sales are final.

Haven does not accept returns or issue credit for unused products for safety and quality reasons. If you believe you have received a damaged product or your order is incorrect, please get in touch with us at hello@havenbaby.co.nz within 14 days of the date of purchase so we can make it right.
