Welcome to Haven
Welcome to Haven. Before entering our site, we’re required to share some important information about infant feeding. At Haven, we believe feeding choices are personal. We’re here to provide thoughtful nutrition and clear information, without judgement or pressure. Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for babies, and breastfeeding is recommended where possible. If you’re considering infant formula, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional about what’s right for you and your baby. By continuing to browse this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information.
The amount of formula needed for each stage varies, so be sure to follow the instructions on the can carefully as incorrect use can make your baby very ill. Do not change the proportions of powder except on medical advice.
