Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Orders placed before 11:30am on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Estimated delivery timeframes (New Zealand)
- Auckland: 1–2 business days
- North Island: 2–4 business days
- South Island & rural: 4–7 business days
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather events, public holidays or courier network delays.
If you've made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we're able to intercept your order before it leaves our warehouse (generally within the first hour), we'll do our best to make the requested changes, although this can't be guaranteed.
